Melissa Bottiglio

In 2018, I began painting with acrylic on canvas. For me, a blank canvas is a space for exploration—an opportunity to experiment with color, texture, and form to create something new. I find constant inspiration in nature and the vibrant world of color. Painting has since become my preferred practice of mindfulness, allowing me to express both my inner thoughts and my emotional landscape.

My work spans a variety of styles, including impressionistic landscapes, nonobjective abstraction, and pop art. Above all, I aim for my art to evoke an emotional response and foster a connection between the viewer and the piece. My ultimate hope is that my art not only brightens up the spaces it occupies but also inspires those who encounter it.
